The metric hose system is divided into two main categories;

• 'L' series for medium pressure fittings up to 250 Bar ( 3625 psi ) pressure rating
• 'S' series for high pressure fittings up to 630 bar ( 9135 psi ) pressure rating

All metric hose fittings supplied by Flanges Australia are one piece design, incorporating slip nuts for maximum strength and both the 'L' and 'S' series have 'O'ring seal incorporated into the 24 degree taper sealing face thus ensuring the highest integrity possible in the sealing area of the fitting.

Hose fittings are a conventional two piece construction of stem and swaging ferrule. Swaging ferrules are stocked currently for SAE100R1 and SAE100R2 non skive hose.
